Do I have to pay before the trial lesson?
No payment is required to book a trial lesson. If you decide to continue after the trial, you can purchase a package directly through your tutor or contact our team to initiate the payment process.
How do lessons take place?
We partnered with Google to offer the best tutoring platform All tutoring sessions occur online through Google Meet. This platform ensures a smooth and reliable learning experience.
Will I receive class materials?
Yes, you will receive class materials based on your subject and level. Language students will also receive textbooks when purchasing an 8-hour package or higher.
Is there a refund policy?
All packages are prepaid and non-refundable. However, unused hours are credited to your account and can be used at any time.

How do I pay for tutoring sessions?
You can purchase packages or individual lessons. Packages are invoiced upfront, while individual lessons can be paid for upon confirmation.
Can I cancel a class?
Yes, you can cancel a class up to 24 hours in advance without a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a full charge.
What equipment do I need for online tutoring?
You will need a device with a camera and microphone. Most smartphones, tablets, and laptops will suffice.
How long is a typical tutoring session?
Standard sessions are one hour long. However, we offer 30-minute sessions upon request with a minimum of two sessions per week.
Will I be assessed before starting?
Language students will undergo a placement assessment during the trial lesson to determine their level.
How often do I need to confirm lessons?
Lesson confirmation is not required. Your tutor will send reminders for upcoming sessions.
How does the referral program work?
Both you and a referred friend receive a free one-hour session when your friend purchases an 8-hour package or more.
